Der Corona-Impfstoff wird also ein Experimental-Impfstoff werden, darum soll er durchgewunken werden, obwohl die Behörden ohnehin kaum mehr machen als durchwinken und selbst nicht mal die genauen Inhaltsstoffe, die Betriebsgeheimnis sind, kennen. Sie wollen eine Schnellzulassung an den ohnehin geringen Regularien vorbei, dabei reicht schon jetzt im Grunde eine herstellereigene statt unabhängige Studie, die belegt, daß die Antikörper gestiegen sind. Nicht einmal ein echtes Placebo wird verlangt (Kochsalz), auch die Kontrollgruppe wird geimpft, nur in geringerer Dosis. Schon gilt der Impfstoff als wirksam und sicher.
Ein weiterer Grund für die Eile dürfte sein, daß man die Fake-Pandemie nicht ewig aufrechterhalten kann und immer mehr Widersprüche und Kritiker sichtbar werden dürften. Die Zahlen von angeblich Infizierten kann man nicht ewig hochtreiben, wenn die Leute keine Symptome haben. Die gehen aber trotz Angst und Panik mit zunehmender Wärme zurück. Dann gibt es keine Grund mehr für den Corona-Imfpstoff oder gar für Impfzwang. Es sei denn, man wärmt die Panik im nächsten Winter wieder auf, wo aber schon der Gewöhnungseffekt greift. Also müssen sie auf Tempo machen, bevor die Investitionen von Gates & Co. umsonst waren, sie wittern hohe Renditen. Mit staatlich zugeführten Kunden. Daß das Handelsblatt das so bringt, belegt es. Schweizer Straftatbestand: Schreckung der Bevölkerung. In Deutschland entspricht das dem § 126 Abs. 2 StGB: “Ebenso wird bestraft, wer in einer Weise, die geeignet ist, den öffentlichen Frieden zu stören, wider besseres Wissen vortäuscht, die Verwirklichung einer der in Absatz 1 genannten rechtswidrigen Taten stehe bevor.” Nur dürfte es schwierig werden, den Vorsatz der Pandemie-Strategen mit Event 201 am 18.10.2019 nachzuweisen, da man es auch als Zufall darstellen kann.

TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH SCIENCE exists to insure that an ethical and logical process is followed that leads to warranted scientific claims from clinical research. This means phased research studies that meet regulatory requirements.
In drug trials, pharmacologically active components of drugs – as well as inactive components must be dosage safety tested in animals to ensure that Phase I clinical trials place human subjects at minimal or reasonable risk. Studies include dose variance studies, and then if all seems well, Phase II small safety trials can proceed.
In the study of biologics, a different category of pharmaceutical products, only the protein components are required to be dosage-safety tested in animals. Health outcomes of vaccines, for example, are routinely testing in animals prior to use in humans. Take, for example, the vaccine safety studies conducted on animals for the SARS and MERS viruses.
In SARS, a type of “pathogenic priming” of the immune system was observed during animal studies of SARS spike protein-based vaccines. The exposure of vaccinated animals to the SARS virus led to increased morbidity and mortality. The problem, highlighted in two studies, only became obvious following post-vaccination challenge with the SARS virus. A study in 2006 by Deming et al. reported that recombinant SARS spike-protein-based vaccines failed to provide protection from SARS-CoV infection – and also that the mice experience increased immunopathology with eosinophilic infiltrates in their lungs. Previously, Weingartl et al. (2004) had found that ferrets previously vaccinated against SARS-CoV developed an dangerously strong inflammatory response in liver tissue (hepatitis). Both studies suspected a “cellular immune response”.
These types of unfortunate outcomes are sometimes referred to as “immune enhancement”; however, this term seems euphemistic and it fails to convey the increased risks of morbidity and mortality due to prior exposure to the SARS spike protein. I prefer to use the term “pathogen priming”; specifically pointing to the peptides in the vaccine (or the virus) with pathogenic potential as “putative pathogenic priming peptides”.
Pathogenesis from vaccines is not new, nor should they be considered unexpected. They truly are only unanticipated when those who develop them do not include available background knowledge in their translational research plan. An example is the H1N1 influenza vaccine used in Europe that led to narcolepsy in some patients. The narcolepsy resulted from homology between the human hypocretin (aka, orexin) receptor 2 molecule and proteins present in the vaccine. The causal link was established following the detection of cross-reactive antibodies in the serum of patients who developed narcolepsy after H1N1 vaccination in Europe (Ahmed et al., 2015).
Just as in the SARS-CoV animal studies, Agrawal et al., (2016) reported that mice vaccinated against MERS-CoV (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) development exaggerated pulmonary immunopathology when challenged with the MERS virus following vaccination. They observed lung mononuclear infiltrates in all groups after virus challenge, and they reported that increased infiltrates that contained eosinophils and the eosinophil promoting IL-5 and IL-13 cytokines were seen only in the vaccinated animals.
I have been working to alert the public and public health officials of the unusual characteristics of the SARS-CoV outbreak – outlining hypotheses on the origin of the virus, and testing (and refuting) the proposed laboratory origin. I began calling for social distancing and hygienic practices two weeks ago. I’ve helped identify flaws in the CDC’s test and communicate that information both to the CDC and to the FDA.
It is good to see agencies now making those same calls for some of the steps I’ve outlined. But I’ve also called for widespread use of antivirals and naturopeutics that might have antiviral properties because my simulations showed that social distancing alone – and treatment alone – will lead to prolonged circulation of the virus at dangerously high levels. Only the use of both social distancing and therapeutics can expedite the end of the pandemic. I have two studies under review.
Moderna and NIAID have a Coronavirus vaccine trial underway in the state of Washington.Their vaccine is an mRNA vaccine – one in which a stabilized form of the Spike protein is produced by our own cells, encoded by an injected mRNA. They have decided on an enticement of $4500 per patient to enroll in the study – a highly unethical research practice under any measure. On this point alone they should be sanctioned.
The most serious problem is that Moderna and NIAID have both skipped an essential step – rushing to save the world, they have skipped the animal safety studies. In small Phase I studies, pathogenic priming is not likely to be found because the human subjects are not likely to be exposed to the same coronavirus they might encounter a year or two from now. In larger Phase II trials, the efficacy will be given precedence. Long-term safety studies in vaccines are population-wide, based on the retrospective analysis of passively collected data on vaccine adverse events that those conducting the studies acknowledge might be due to the vaccine.
The reason why we do not have a SARS virus vaccine is because translational research worked. Contrary to what Dr. Peter Hotez told Congress earlier this week, the reason we do not have a SARS vaccine is not because so-called “antivaxxers” blocked funding. It is due to what we referred to as “immune enhancement” – pathogenic priming, really – earlier in his testimony. The animal studies themselves warned that it would not be safe to use a SARS spike protein based vaccine on the public because when they encountered another SARS-like coronavirus, the results could be devastating. The geographic variation in mortality from COVID-19 is speculated to be due to pathogenic priming (Tetro et al., 2020).
Surely, with the mass societal and economic disruption and upheaval that COVID-19 from SARS-CoV-2 infection is causing, there will be calls for mandatory vaccination.
SARS-CoV-2 is the sister taxon of SARS-CoV. If pathogenic priming is to occur in humans given spike-protein based SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, as is expected given the SARS spike protein animal studies, the 20% mortality rate expected in the elderly could raise to 40% – and the rest of the population could be sensitized and we could see mortality rates worldwide of the next coronavirus higher than 20%.
Which is why skipping animal safety studies for the SARS-CoV-2 vaccines is nothing short of reckless endangerment of the the entire human population.
