11 countries BROKE THE SILENCE so there will not be a unanimous consent of the draft political declarations on the SDG Summit, the High-level meeting on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, the High-level meeting on universal health coverage, and the High-level meeting on the fight against tuberculosis.
Those countries are Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Eritrea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Nicaragua, the Russian Federation, the Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.
“The legitimate concerns of a large number of developing countries have been ignored. Hence, it is our duty to express our strong concerns on the unacceptable way in which this situation unfolded, running in clear contradiction with the spirit of multilateralism and the overall goal of “leaving no one behind”.
“Silence procedure” means that a draft resolution is circulated to Member States with a timeline to respond. If a country supports a resolution, it does nothing. If it opposes a resolution, it sends an email breaking silence. Just one such action stops the adoption of the resolution and could trigger an extension of time for revisions or to resolve the objections.
By breaking the silence above countries are pushing for more negotiations and at this time there will not be a unanimous consent in regard to the subjects above, including the pandemic preparedness and response.

05.10.2023, Kate Sugak: On September 20, 2023, the “UN Political Declaration on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response” was signed.
In May 2024 it is planned to sign the “Zero draft report” (zero version of the “Pandemic Agreement”), which will basically force the government’s of UN members countries to obey to WHO and impose quarantine, mass vaccination and censorship of so-called “disinformation” at their first request.
The declaration, signed on September 20, 2023, mentioned such things as:
* Calls for universal vaccination. It expresses “deep concern” about declining global vaccination rates and pledged to support “research and development of vaccines and medicines, as well as preventive measures and treatments for communicable and non-communicable diseases.”
* The need to make “temporary” COVID-19 measures permanent: It expresses “concern about the continued emergence and re-emergence of diseases that can cause epidemics” and states “the need…to build on the lessons and best practices of the COVID-19 pandemic,” including “transforming, where possible, temporary measures” developed during the pandemic “into permanent and sustainable measures.”
* Using digital health records, such as vaccine passports, to strengthen surveillance: recognizes the potential of digital health technologies to “implement and support public health measures and strengthen national response efforts” to pandemics and emergencies.
* Introducing social media censorship: expresses “concern that health-related misinformation is negatively impacting routine vaccination worldwide.”
Question: What are we supposed to do about this?
If you really want “plandemics” to dissapear, (and based on all the ambitious plans of the UN and WHO, their picture of the future is exactly the opposite), you have to do something about it. Because with complete inaction, 100% of the control over the situation and how it will evolve is in the hands of those who I call a “gang of psychos”.
In reality, just from the fact that you are not shy, do not keep silent and start a conversation with someone about the falsity of the virus theory or the falsity of the germ theory of diseases, or share the material on this topic in your social networks (And it does not matter how people react, the main thing is that they see it.
You will at least plant a seed, at most change a person’s worldview), create educational content on this topic or support people who are already actively engaged in this, you are already taking away from the “gang of lunatics” some part of the control over the situation, and thus they have 99% control, 98%, 97%, 96% 90% 80%, etc. down to 0%.
