Abstract
This article reviews scientific and U.S. Government documents that show AIDS-like viruses were developed by National Cancer Institute researchers along with military biological weapons contractors between 1962 and 1974 during the “Special Virus Cancer Program.” The possibility of this research giving rise to contaminated experimental hepatitis B (HB) vaccines, and thus, the simultaneous emergence of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) in New York City and Central Africa in 1978 is advanced.

NOTE: The document below (designated as “Part 5”) is a true copy of the transcript of the July 1, 1969 testimony of Dr. Donald MacArthur — a high-level Defense Department biological research administrator — before the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Department of Defense. For those who hold the theory that AIDS is the result of a U.S. biological weapons program, this testimony is a smoking gun. MacArthur was then Deputy Director of Defense Research and Engineering. Congress approved the appropriation for the program.

Es wird sogar noch ironischer, denn schon bezeichnen Impfgläubige in Deutschland ungeimpfte, recte impf-freie Kinder als Bio-Terroristen, weil sie zwar genau diese Impfjauche nicht bekommen, aber dadurch angeblich den frei erfundenen “Herdenschutz” gefährden können!

US Democratic Representative Jason Crow has urged Americans to be more cautious about sharing their DNA with private companies amid concerns about future bioweapons. He told attendees at the Aspen Security Forum that companies or countries could devise weapons that target weaknesses in a person’s genetic code. “You can actually take someone’s DNA, take, you know, their medical profile and you can target a biological weapon that will kill that person or take them off the battlefield or make them inoperable,” Mr Crow said.
