Mazatlán, Sin.- María de Jesús Moreno Ríos, who is originally from a rural community in Nayarit, was enjoying her vacations visiting her family in Rosario, when Ángel, her six-year-old son, began to have a fever and pain that he did not ceased in his body.
The diagnosis was thrombosis, a disease that causes blood clots that clog the veins, preventing blood from reaching the extremities.
Judith Herrera Cano, who is Angelito’s cousin, said that the specialist who treats him at the Mazatlán General Hospital did not give them good news; the minor could suffer the amputation of his feet, hands and ears.
